Dr Imane Rezig
Cell and molecular biologist with a PhD from the University of Glasgow and research experience in yeast genetics, cytokinesis mechanisms and ESCRT biology. Experienced in fission yeast biology, protein biochemistry, cell imaging, mammalian systems, and bioinformatics. Proven track record of independent research, mentoring students, and presenting work at international conferences. Actively engaged in yeast research community through publications, reviews, and outreach, with a strong interest in advancing understanding of spatial and temporal regulation of the cell cycle.
In this online platform I visualize fission yeast cell division with clear, research-based schematic figures that make complex cellular processes easy to understand.
